In my mind, Memorial Day marks the start of summer. And what is a better treat on a hot summer day than a cold and refreshing popsicle? This recipe for Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles has 2 ingredients, and they setup and freeze very nicely due to the high water content in the watermelon.
- 2 cups chopped seedless watermelon
- 2 cups strawberries, tops and leaves removed
In a blender, combine the strawberries and watermelon and blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, and freeze (I typically freeze mine at least 4 hours).
